Admission Requirements
a. O’level
5 O’ level credits to include English Language, Mathematics, Economics and any other 2 subjects from Physics, Chemistry, Geography, Economics, Biology, Fine Arts, Technical Drawing, Building Construction, Land Surveying, Book- Keeping or Financial Accounting and Agric. Science obtained at not more than two sittings.
b. Postgraduate Diploma (PGD)
The candidate must be a graduate of Nnamdi Azikiwe University or a recognized University with at least a Third Class degree in related discipline or a minimum of lower Credit in the Higher National Diploma, HND,in Estate Management from a recognized Institution
c. Master’s Degree (MSc)
i. The candidate must have a first degree in in Estate Management or Facilities Management or Project Management with an FCGPA of not less than 2.5 from Nnamdi Azikiwe University or a recognized University
ii. A candidate with a Postgraduate Diploma in Estate Management with an FCGPA of not less than 3.00 may also be admitted provided the University Matriculation requirements are satisfied
d. Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) Degree
A candidate who holds a master’s degree in Estate Management with an FCGPA not less than 3.50 on a 5 Point Scale or an average of 60%, from Nnamdi Azikiwe University or a recognized University may be admitted provided the University Matriculation requirement is satisfied
