Admission Requirements
a. O’level
5 O’ level credits to include English Language, Mathematics, Physics and any other 2 subjects from Chemistry, Geography, Economics, Biology, Fine Arts, Technical Drawing, Building Construction, Land Surveying and Agric. Science. obtained at not more than two sittings.
b. Postgraduate Diploma (PGD)
The candidate must be a graduate of Nnamdi Azikiwe University or a recognized University with at least a Third Class degree or a minimum of lower Credit in the Higher National Diploma, HND in Quantity Surveying or other construction related disciplines having relevant professional institution registration:- NIQS, NIOB, NIA, NSE and NIESV etc. from a recognized Institution
c. Master’s Degree (MSc)
i. The candidate must have a first degree in in Quantity Surveying or related fields with an FCGPA of not less than 2.5 from Nnamdi Azikiwe University or a recognized University
ii. A candidate with a Postgraduate Diploma in in Quantity Surveying or equivalent with an FCGPA of not less than 3.00 may also be admitted provided the University Matriculation requirements are satisfied
d. Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) Degree
A candidate who holds a master’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related fields with an FCGPA not less than 3.50 on a 5 Point Scale or an average of 60%, from Nnamdi Azikiwe University or a recognized University may be admitted provided the University Matriculation requirement is satisfied
